Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Nottingham team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects, ensuring that they meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Design infrastructure projects that are sustainable and cost-effective.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ascertain their requirements.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for project planning.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Deliver technical presentations and reports to clients.
• Support junior engineers and provide mentorship.
• Participate in community engagement related to projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering.
