Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Reading team! In this role, you will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyse performance metrics to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and launch digital marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Adjust marketing strategies based on analytics and consumer feedback.
• Foster partnerships with external digital marketing agencies.
• Plan, design, and execute marketing strategies for new products.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff in marketing techniques.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing alignment.
• Set and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs for content development.
• Enhance social media presence through engaging content.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
