Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online strategy in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing product listings, and optimising the customer journey across our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute e-commerce business plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Utilize analytics to track key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with IT for website maintenance and improvements.
  • Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase traffic.
  • Engage with customers through various online channels to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Lead project management for new product launches online.
  • Research new tools and technologies to streamline operations.
  • Mentor and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Additional certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are beneficial
