Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advertising and Promotions Manager to oversee and execute all promotional activities for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative promotions in alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Lead campaign execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Conduct analysis to assess the efficacy of promotional efforts and provide insights.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Create engaging marketing materials to support promotional efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers and content creators for cohesive branding.
  • Monitor competitors' promotional strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within marketing or promotions.
