UX Research Specialist

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a UX Research Specialist to lead our user research initiatives. In this role, you'll analyze user needs through various research methodologies. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with designers and product teams to create impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives and document findings effectively.
• Work closely with designers to translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Create detailed reports summarizing research insights and recommendations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate user experience solutions.
• Foster a user-centric culture within the organization through education and advocacy.
• Engage in A/B testing to iteratively improve user experiences.
• Manage timelines and project scope to ensure timely delivery of research outputs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Psychology, or related fields
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in user research or UX-related roles

Certifications

• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
• Interaction Design Foundation Certification

Languages

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments for design and research projects.
