• Develop and implement efficient warehousing strategies.
• Oversee training programs for new staff and ongoing staff development.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
• Work closely with logistics to optimize delivery schedules.
• Resolve any issues regarding stock discrepancies or delivery delays.
• Assist in the recruitment of warehouse staff.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Management or related field
• Management training or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
