Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Corporate Trainer to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, adept at creating engaging and effective training programmes that enhance employee performance and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training events and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement changes as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants post-training.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand training requirements and foster engagement.
• Implement innovative training techniques and tools to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in Training and Development is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or related field

Technical Skills

• E-Learning Development
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Creativity

Certifications

• Training and Development Specialist (TDS)
• Health and Safety Trainer Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile training methods: Experience in applying Agile principles to training and development.
• Certification in Diversity and Inclusion Training: Expertise in delivering training on diversity and inclusion topics.
