E-commerce Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Coordinator to help drive online growth in our Wolverhampton office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and a knack for enhancing customer experiences through effective online merchandising, promotions, and analytics. You will play a vital role in crafting and executing e-commerce strategies that will boost our online presence and sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the e-commerce website’s performance and user experience.
• Work with the customer service team to address online queries and complaints.
• Develop marketing content for online promotions and social media.
• Regularly update product listings and manage promotional banners.
• Coordinate product photography or video shoots to enhance online presence.
• Engage with customers via email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Assist in budget planning and allocation for e-commerce initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing for web pages and promotional strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a strong focus on digital marketing

• E-commerce Management
