Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Program Proposals Coordinator to develop and manage proposals for new programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the proposal submission process from start to finish.
  • Perform thorough analysis and research for proposal content development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather essential data for proposals.
  • Draft and refine proposal documents to ensure high quality and clarity.
  • Manage proposal budgets and ensure compliance with funder requirements.
  • Demonstrate proposals in meetings with board members and potential funders.
  • Provide feedback on proposal strategy and effectiveness.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to inform proposal positioning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Non-profit Management
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in proposal development or grant writing.
