Job Description

As a Building Inspector at Construction Insights Ltd., you will play a crucial role in evaluating building frameworks and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Responsibilities

• Inspect building projects at different stages of construction and document compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on necessary improvements and modifications.
• Collaborate with local authorities to facilitate compliance inspections.
• Evaluate construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Compile and present inspection reports to management.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote building safety awareness.
• Assess and manage risks associated with construction projects.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in building inspection or construction management
