Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Sign Hanger Supervisor who will oversee the installation and maintenance of a variety of signage. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and a comprehensive background in the sign industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sign hangers, overseeing daily operations and project assignments.
• Implement project plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of signage solutions.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in signage technology.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Sign Industry is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sign or construction industry.
