Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fixer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues across various domains, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across different home systems.
• Clearly document all work performed and materials used.
• Engage with customers to diagnose their issues and propose effective solutions.
• Work under minimal supervision while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
• Ability to work on various tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry projects.
• Support the team leader in managing daily operations and customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification is preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance-related role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of building codes
• Technical drawing interpretation

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent
