Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heater Planer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heater planer equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heating and planing equipment to remove materials.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report any concerns.
• Work closely with the production team to meet project timelines.
• Record data on machinery performance and maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support environment sustainability practices in operations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in machine operation are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery.

• CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
