Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings and ensure relevant updates are communicated.
  • Ensure that materials are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Chartered status is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
