Cake Press Operator Helper

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Cake Press Operator Helper who can assist in the operation of cake presses and maintain high production standards. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing setting and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cake presses ensuring efficient production flow.
• Conduct routine inspections of machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Help train new staff on proper operating procedures.
• Support the team in maintaining high-quality standards in production.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Familiarity with cake production processes is a plus

Technical Skills

• Food safety knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of food safety regulations: Awareness of hygiene standards in food production environments.
• Experience in a bakery setting: Previous work experience in a bakery or food service environment.
