Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support policy analysis.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to leverage data analytics tools.
  • Prepare presentations for policy discussions and stakeholder engagements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance educational policy understanding.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional teams to promote educational advancements.
  • Evaluate educational programmes for compliance with policy requirements.
  • Develop engagement strategies for various education stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, or a related discipline
  • PhD in Education Policy is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in policy development or analysis
