We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be adept at data manipulation and analysis, using statistical tools to interpret data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure data integrity and to guide decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Design and implement data analysis processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for presentation to stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analyses and hypothesis testing to validate findings.
• Help drive data governance and data quality initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Statistical Analysis Software (SAS, SPSS)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Data Science Certification
• Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
