Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Bufferer, an integral position within our manufacturing team. The Bufferer will be responsible for polishing and smoothing surfaces of metal and plastic components, ensuring they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products after buffing to ensure quality.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in setting up machinery for polishing and buffing processes.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company quality assurance policies.
• Coordinate with the production team to facilitate workflow.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Experience in a similar manufacturing role is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of various materials

Languages
