We are on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Assurance Tester to join our vibrant team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to identify issues and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and specifications to design comprehensive test cases.
• Ensure software and applications function correctly across multiple devices.
• Document and manage defects within the defect tracking system.
• Conduct usability and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to development teams on quality issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing Tools
• SQL

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Mobile Application Testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of testing in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
