We are searching for a Database Manager to oversee our database systems and ensure their optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in database management and a passion for data integrity and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage database architecture and ensure data is stored efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
• Work with software developers to design database schemas.
• Regularly assess database performance and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with IT management for system upgrades and migrations.
• Assist in training staff on database management tools and practices.
• Develop scripts for automating database maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in database management and administration
