Job Description

As a Product UX Specialist in Liverpool, you will lead design efforts to improve user satisfaction with our products. You will be responsible for conducting usability testing, gathering user feedback, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. Your work will directly influence our product vision, ensuring we deliver solutions that resonate with our users while meeting business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user testing sessions and gather actionable insights.
• Work closely with product managers to align on project goals and user needs.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Prepare and present design proposals to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in user experience across all product touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on UX principles.
• Collaborate on the development of user experience strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or Design
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in product UX design

• UX Research Methods
• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
