Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to design and develop innovative aerospace systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for aerospace technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct failure analysis on aerospace components and systems.
  • Develop and validate test plans for new designs.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility.
  • Document engineering calculations and design modifications.
  • Assist in maintaining quality assurance protocols.
  • Participate in the development of project budgets and schedules.
  • Collaborate with marketing to understand customer requirements.
  • Provide expert input on project direction and deliverables.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role within aerospace or defence
