Job Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Pattern Vault Clerk to join our Design Operations team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in maintaining our pattern vault, ensuring that all patterns are accurately catalogued and easily accessible for our creative designers. This position requires an eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage both physical and digital archives of patterns.
  • Coordinate with designers to handle pattern requests efficiently.
  • Assist in training new staff on pattern management procedures.
  • Perform regular audits on the pattern vault for integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of pattern information.
  • Ensure patterns are stored and retrieved securely.
  • Update pattern management systems to reflect new patterns.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with team members.
  • Implement new technologies for pattern digitization.
  • Provide insights into improving workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education in Fashion Design or relevant field
  • Advanced training in pattern management is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with inventory management systems beneficial

Languages
  • English: Fluent
