Job Description

We are seeking a talented Content Manager to lead our content strategy and production efforts. Your role will involve overseeing the creation of engaging content that resonates with our audience while maintaining our brand voice. You will work closely with other marketing professionals to develop cohesive campaigns and ensure consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of content creation, from brainstorming to editing and publishing.

  • Establish standards for content quality and consistency across different formats.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to encourage creativity and innovation.
  • Monitor competitor content strategies to identify potential opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on different content types to understand audience preferences.
  • Engage in networking and outreach to establish partnerships for content distribution.
  • Review and approve all content before publication.
  • Conduct training sessions on content best practices for team members.
  • Stay abreast of developments in digital marketing to keep the content strategy fresh.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in content marketing or digital marketing roles
