Job Description

As a Search Marketing Strategist, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our overall customer experience. You will work collaboratively with various teams to identify and address customer pain points. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting customer data to refine our approaches and enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement customer engagement strategies based on insights derived from data analysis.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders to enhance understanding of customer needs.
  • Liaise with IT to ensure that CRM systems are functioning optimally for tracking customer interactions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to map customer behaviour across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Manage feedback loops to continuously refine customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience strategy development and implementation.
