Responsibilities

• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize web pages and marketing materials.
• Manage social media accounts and produce engaging content that increases follower growth.
• Track and analyse website analytics to improve digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain customer relationships and track data.
• Attend industry events and represent the company to foster business relationships.
• Provide training and support to junior team members where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in an agency setting
