We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in London. You will oversee financial planning, risk management, and the financial reporting process, making significant contributions to our success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial and economic implications of decisions.
• Oversee budget and financial planning processes.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Drive the financial reporting process and ensure accuracy.
• Manage cash flow and financial risk management.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs, strategies, and regulatory action.
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to align budgetary goals with overall company objectives.
• Implement effective reporting systems to enhance financial decision-making.
• Act as a liaison with investment banks and financial institutions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA

• 10+ years in finance with progressive leadership experience
