Job Description

As a Revenue Inspector, you will monitor and enforce compliance with tax laws by conducting thorough audits and investigations. Your role is crucial in identifying potential tax evasion cases and ensuring the government's revenue maximization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits on individuals and businesses to assess tax compliance.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and potential tax evasion.
• Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting audit findings and recommendations.
• Communicate audit results to taxpayers and provide guidance on resolving non-compliance.
• Assist in enforcing revenue collection actions.
• Stay abreast of the latest tax laws to ensure compliance.

• Maintain accurate records of audits and communications.
• Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in taxation or auditing (e.g., ACCA, CIA) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax auditing or related field.
