Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Consultant to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will provide tax advice and strategies to clients, ensuring compliance with current regulations while optimising their tax positions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding complex tax issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive tax strategies.
• Conduct audits and prepare documentation for tax authority inquiries.
• Offer guidance on corporate tax matters and compliance.
• Keep accurate and detailed records for all client transactions.
• Deliver presentations to clients on tax-related topics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant professional accreditation is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in tax advisory roles or related fields
