Job Description

As a Self-Enrichment Teacher / Athletic Instructor at Dynamic Fitness Ltd., you will lead and instruct athletes in a variety of sports and fitness activities. Your role will involve designing individualized training programs and monitoring progress to ensure athletes reach their personal fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to tailor programmes for clients.
• Monitor, record, and adapt training regimens as necessary.
• Develop and lead group fitness classes and activities.
• Collaborate with the fitness team to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the training environment.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in Sports Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with high-performance athletes is a plus

Technical Skills

• Experience with fitness tracking apps
• Understanding of nutritional guidelines

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification: Advanced qualification demonstrating expertise in personal training.
• Experience with high-performance athlete programmes: Prior experience with athletes aiming for competitive results.
