Job Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented Quality Checker to ensure all delivered products and services exceed customer expectations and adhere to industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform rigorous quality checks at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Utilise quality management systems to record and track quality data.
• Engage in root cause analysis of quality defects and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure all procedures are followed to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Train new staff on quality assurance protocols and standards.
• Review and update quality documentation and standard operating procedures as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field

Experience

• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality management systems

Technical Skills

• ISO 9001 Standards
• Lean Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Organizational Skills
• Analytical Skills

Advantageous

• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards: Hands-on experience in maintaining ISO certification in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies: Knowledge of Lean principles for process improvement.
