Manufacturing Quality Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Analyst to join our Armagh facility. You will be pivotal in ensuring that our products meet rigorous quality standards through rigorous analysis and testing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with production teams to foster a quality-centric culture.
• Utilise statistical process control methods to monitor quality.
• Review and analyse quality data to identify trends.
• Facilitate internal audits and assist during external audits.
• Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and management regarding quality issues.
• Document and report on quality system performance.
• Provide support in the implementation of new production technologies.

Requirements

Education

• HND or equivalent in Quality Assurance or Engineering

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on quality

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

Soft Skills

• Initiative
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Quality Management: Additional qualification in quality management practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements: Understanding of industry standards and compliance.
