We are seeking a skilled Bonderizer to join our team, responsible for bonding various materials using specialized techniques and equipment. You will inspect and troubleshoot bonding processes while collaborating with team members to develop efficient methods. Attention to detail and knowledge of bonding techniques are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and calibration of bonding machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on bonding machinery.
• Train team members on new bonding technologies and techniques.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials used in bonding.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions to enhance bonding processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bonderizing or a related field

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Strong manual dexterity
• Knowledge of bonding techniques and materials
• Ability to interpret technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Good problem-solving skills
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality control methodologies: Understanding of quality assurance principles is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience: Knowledge of lean principles in manufacturing environments is advantageous.
