We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Wolverhampton team. In this role, you will manage supply chain operations, optimize logistics processes, and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage logistics budgets and costs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.
• Liaise between different departments to enhance synergy.
• Coordinate with warehousing for optimal stock levels.
• Ensure all deliveries meet customer specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving logistic challenges.
• Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in a logistics coordination role or related field

• Project Management
• Logistics Software

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Logistics: Knowledge of lean principles applied within logistics.
• Experience with E-commerce Logistics: Background in managing e-commerce order fulfilment and shipping.
