Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Quality Assurance Engineer where you'll employ your testing expertise to maintain and improve the quality of our applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in testing and ensure that software meets functional and performance requirements. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will be key to identifying defects and suggesting enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with Agile teams.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues early in the development cycle.
• Ensure compliance with company testing standards and procedures.
• Train junior testers and share knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Continuously improve testing processes and suggest enhancements to existing practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on quality assurance practices.

• Selenium
