Job Description

As a Rolling Machine Setter, your primary responsibility will be to set up and operate various embossing tools and machinery to produce top-quality embossed products. You will ensure that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimise rolling machines to enhance production performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on embossing equipment.
• Identify and suggest improvements for production processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and repairs.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality.
• Document production processes and results for reporting.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in manufacturing is desirable.

Experience

• Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with embossing techniques
• Maintenance skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to safety protocols

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
