Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Fermenter to join our dynamic team in Bristol. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in cultivating microorganisms to produce various products such as beer, wine, and pharmaceuticals. Previous experience within fermentation techniques and equipment is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise fermentation operations and ensure optimal conditions.
  • Perform troubleshooting for any fermentation anomalies.
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop new fermentation products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory environment.
  • Prepare fermentation reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fermentation Science or a related area
Experience
  • Experience in brewing or wine production preferred
