Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to supervise and manage construction sites in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership abilities, possess extensive knowledge of construction processes, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion.
  • Monitor quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members and apprentices.
  • Develop and implement project schedules for effective workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and local building codes.
  • Address client feedback and implement necessary adjustments to project plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
