• Maintain detailed records and documentation for reference.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client inquiries.
• Assist in training new team members on escrow practices.
• Identify and implement efficiency-driven improvements.
• Monitor industry regulations to ensure up-to-date practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Escrow Services or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years in a financial or escrow role.
