Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Total Loss Claims Adjuster who can effectively handle insurance claims related to total vehicle losses. You will be responsible for assessing damaged vehicles, negotiating settlements, and ensuring a seamless claims process.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Prepare reports regarding investigation results for management review.
• Foster relationships with external professionals for accurate assessments.
• Participate in continued education regarding industry trends.
• Contribute to improving claims processing efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members on claims handling procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute are advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in total loss claims handling preferred
