Job Description

As a Molding Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our high-performance molding machines. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical abilities, ensuring that production meets our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust molding machines according to production plans.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot machinery errors.
• Document any discrepancies in production output.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices.
• Work with team members to streamline production operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically operating molding machines.
