We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our top-tier legal team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide specialist legal advice, ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks and effectively managing legal risks for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on various legal issues.
• Review and develop standard contract templates for various transactions.
• Conduct internal investigations and compliance audits.
• Represent the firm in negotiations with third parties.
• Prepare legal documents and reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales
• Relevant legal qualifications or degrees

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a legal role
