Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing diverse projects and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions with various departments.
  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure expectations are aligned.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Review and improve project management processes continually.
  • Provide leadership and support for project teams.
  • Create project documentation and oversee quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software (e.g. MS Project, Jira)
