Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Chef and Head Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Perform regular quality checks on food items and kitchen processes.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost control relating to food and kitchen supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate service.
  • Uphold the restaurant's reputation by adhering to quality and service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic kitchen environment
