Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to streamline our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing practices and the ability to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and redesign production systems for better efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and processes in manufacturing.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and optimising resources.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues.
• Work with management to develop and implement best practices.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Perform cost analysis for process changes to ensure financial viability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
