Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain complex process control systems for our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and safe production.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in automation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
  • Assist in the specification and selection of process control equipment.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for process projects.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop metrics to measure process performance and effectiveness.
  • Support the integration of new technologies within existing systems.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on new systems and updates.
  • Engage with suppliers to maintain relationships and procurement of equipment.
  • Participate in technical meetings to discuss project milestones and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
  • Master's degree in Automation or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in process controls or similar
