Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hardware testing projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis of hardware failures and recommend solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware prototype testing.
• Collaborate with external vendors for equipment and compliance testing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering

Technical Skills

• JTAG
• Boundary Scan

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certified Hardware Designer
• Quality Assurance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with reliability testing methodologies: Hands-on experience in reliability assessments and life-cycle testing.
