Roustabout Field Supervisor

Job Description

As a Roustabout Field Supervisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating field operations while ensuring safety and efficiency at all times. You will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality services on our oil rigs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roustabout team in all operational tasks on-site, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of rig equipment, ensuring high standards of performance.
• Develop safety training programmes for new team members and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports daily, analysing crew performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments, including logistics and maintenance, to ensure effective coordination of activities.
• Evaluate crew performance, implement corrective measures as necessary, and motivate team members.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational certification in oil rig operations or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil rig operations, with a strong track record in supervisory roles.
