Responsibilities

• Ensure all important items are held securely and transported carefully.
• Assist in the inventory management and organisation of materials.
• Employ safe handling techniques to protect objects from damage.
• Coordinate with team members to facilitate effective workflows.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
• Regularly audit the condition of holding tools and equipment.
• Support preparation for events by managing object logistics.
• Document and report any discrepancies in held items.
• Assist with training new staff in proper holding techniques.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss challenges and improvements.
• Maintain a positive working environment through effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Safety protocols knowledge

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages
