Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dedicated team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with various machine tools and have a keen eye for detail to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of grinding and polishing machinery.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all products adhere to industry standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Create and implement new processing techniques to enhance product quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machining or tool setting is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
